Maria's Petition Info
"...I thought that from monday 7th jan I would change my daily petition to ' REPEAL SOCPA ' If u want to contribute to text that would b good.. I knock on the door every day of no 10 with ' DONT ATTACK IRAN' petition. If required u can have upto 6 petitioners and no limit on MPs , PEERs or PRESS. You can take a reasonable amount of people to stand outside the gates with banners etc while petition takes place. If people want to go inside the gates outside no.10 they must b booked in 6 days in advance.we dont include weekends just to b on safe side, They must give details of address, d of birth, place of birth and bring photo ID on the day. Nothing is required to stand outside. I was thinking it would b good to have a significant presence at least from mon 14th,15,16,17 if not before! Mon -Fri petition 10.30 except tues 12noon. Have a think...I am also thinking about a demo inside the street but need to work out best days....anyway i leave that with u to ponder...many thanks and keep well best wishes to all for 2008! mariaxx"
